Powell receives NDPS certification

Rutherford Opportunity Center (ROC) principal, Julie Powell, receives certification as a National Dropout Prevention Specialist by the National Dropout Prevention Center. By completing the certification program, Powell not only enhances her own professional effectiveness, but also adds value to the Rutherford County Schools system's broader efforts to ensure graduation success for all of our students.
