A Rutherfordton couple is giving an old farmhouse a new beginning by restoring it to a working farm and event venue.

Owls eliminated from postseason

Well, it's over for Forest City this season in the Coastal Plain League. The Owls lost four in a row last week and are eliminated from the postseason.
