Richard Gordon Jones, 70

Richard Gordon Jones, 70, passed away Monday, May 2, 2022.

He was born to the late Flay E. Jones and Leona B. Jones in Cleveland County. He is also predeceased by his brothers, Bobby E. Jones and Charles "Jake" Jones; sisters, Linda Vash, Brenda Clanton and Emily Keener; step-mother, Naomi Jones.

Richard leaves behind to cherish his memories daughter, Mandy Dycus and husband Garrett; two grandchildren, sisters, Marcia J. Hopper (Ken) and Angela M. Hawkins (Roy); step-sisters, Joyce Holcomb, Brenda Sweezy, and Shirley Farrow; numerous nieces and nephews; many friends.

He served in the United States Army and served in the Vietnam War. He was a long-time truck driver.
