Richard "Heart" Couch, age 64

Richard "Heart" Couch, age 64, of Forest City, passed away Sunday, September 20, 2020.

Heart was born April 26, 1956 in Perry County, Kentucky to the late Wallace "Tubby" Gene Couch and Charlene Fields Couch.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of twenty-five years, Jean Couch; daughter, Kitty Michele Norris (Lance) of Kings Mountain; three grandchildren.

He is also survived by three brothers, Frankie, David and Chris Fields and a sister, Hilda Pierce.

In honor of the family's request, no formal services will be conducted.
