Ricky Gene Franklin, 63, passed away Saturday, May 20, 2023.
A native of Cleveland County, he was born to the late Paul Franklin, Jr. and Margaret Barnett Franklin. He is also predeceased by a brother, Jimmy Franklin.
Left behind to cherish his memories are his daughters, Patricia Murphy (Scott Murphy) and Holly Aguero; nine grandchildren and great-grandchildren, sister, Judy Barker (Adam Barker), brother, Dennis Franklin (Teresa Franklin), sister, Pam Franklin (Jimmy Hoppes), and sister, Kim Page (Robert Page); and several nieces and nephews.
Services were held May 26 at Emmanuel Baptist Church, Cherryville.
