Rosa Lee Thrift Bostic, age 90

Rosa Lee Thrift Bostic, age 90, of Cliffiside, passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2022.

Rosa was born September 4, 1932 in Rutherford County to the late Charlie Thrift and Julia Greene Thrift. She worked at Cone Mills-Cliffside Plant for 29 years and was a member of Cliffside Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, Yates Webb Bostic, Sr.; two sons, Charles and Roger Bostic; sisters, Marie Scruggs, Sarah Whitaker and a brother, Willie R. Thrift.

Left to cherish fond memories are daughter Brenda Randolph (Ray) of Chesnee, SC, sons Richard David Bostic (Pam) of Raleigh, and Yates Webb Bostic, Jr. (Vicki) of Lexington, SC, sister Margaret Lovelace of Boiling Springs, 11 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 11 great great-grandchildren.

The funeral service was held December 3 at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Rev. Mike Elgin officiating.
