Rothrock graduates from leadership academy

Lt. Brandon Rothrock of the Forest City Police Department graduated from WNC Law Enforcement Leadership Academy on June 11.

The WNC Law Enforcement Leadership Academy is a six month training academy that is taught in partnership with A-B Tech. The program consists of 144 classroom training hours and numerous out of class assignments.

"While Lt. Rothrock is already a recognized leader within the Forest City Police Department, there is no doubt that this training will aid him in his career," said Forest City Police Chief Chris LeRoy.
