Ruth Hoover Arrowood, age 91

Ruth Hoover Arrowood, age 91, of Rutherfordton, passed away Tuesday, June 15, 2021.

She was the daughter of the late Zeb Hoover and the late Lillie Queen Hoover and a native of Rutherford County. Ruth was the widow of the late Roland Arrowood who passed away this past February and they were married for 71 wonderful years. She was preceded in death by a son James Michael Arrowood. She is survived by: One Daughter: Susan A. Walker and her husband Tommy Walker of Rutherfordton; One Sister: Janice Henley of Lake James; One Brother: Max Hoover of Greenville; Two Grandchildren, Four Great-Grandchildren and One Great-Great-Grand Child.

The funeral service was held at McMahan's Funeral Home Chapel. Interment was held at Southern Baptist Church Cemetery.
