Jess Kerr (left), Outdoor Programs Director, and Bailey Hornstein are working in the newly opened office of the Rutherford Outdoor Coalition at 115 North Oak Street in Spindale. The office is open from 10am until noon on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Information about the ROC and The Thermal Belt Rail Trail is available at the office.
