Blue Christmas

Vegetable Soup & Cornbread Meal

Rainbows Christmas
Exciting opportunity for kids age 5-14 who have experienced the loss of a loved one; free of charge. Any child ages 5-14 who has lost a loved one is invited to Hospice to make their own Christmas ornament in memory of their loved one. Wed. Dec. 22, 1-3pm at Hospice. Bluegrass/Music/Jam Session
Friday, December 3 & Friday, December 10 @ 7PM. Join us for a night of mostly Bluegrass by local musicians. There is also a jam session open to anyone who plays an instrument or sings. Door admission is $5, children under 12 free. Union Mills Learning Center, 6495 Hudlow Rd. Union Mills.

Gospel Music
Celebrating 74 years of singing gospel music, the famous Chuck Wagon Gang will be performing a Christmas presentation Saturday, December 11, 7pm at the Union Mills Learning Center. American Red Cross Events and Class Schedule

Hospice of Rutherford County
Workshop entitled “Coping with Grief during the Holidays.” Join us for this session and learn how grief can stop us from enjoying life, especially the holidays, and ways we can deal with the pain that loss brings during this special time. This is a free conference but lunch is provided for a cost of $6. Date: Thursday, December 16, 12-2pm at the Carolina Event and Conference Center. Speaker: Dr. Jim Whitlow.
