Ryan "Chad" Melton, age 43

Ryan "Chad" Melton, age 43, of Gastonia, passed away Friday, November 13, 2020.

Chad was born on November 13, 1977 in Rutherford County to Reverend Alvin Melton, Jr. who resides in Gastonia and the late Vicky Melton.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a brother, Travis Melton. Those left to cherish his memory include his children, Kaylee Melton and Corry Melton; father, Rev. Alvin Melton Jr. (Pat); brother, Alan Melton (Crystal) and sister, Angela Burgess (Bobby) all of Gastonia. He is also survived by a host of extended family members.

The funeral service was conducted at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel. Interment followed at Eternal Hills Memorial Park.
