Sally Ann Duncan, age 74 of Forest City died Thursday, June 11, 2026.
Sally was born June 20, 1951, in Mentor, Ohio and was a daughter of the late John and Marion Clooney Ozinga. She was a Registered Nurse working in both hospital and clinical work.
Survivors include her husband of 14 years, Charles Duncan, her daughter, Kim Dellinger of Morganton, and step-son, Brandon Duncan of Asheville, her brothers, John Ozinga of Ohio and Donald Ozinga of Tennessee, and 4 grandchildren.
Services were private.
