Sam Caffell, age 19, of Forest City, passed away Sunday, June 6, 2021.
Sam was born Saturday, September 22, 2001 in Spartanburg County to Ben and Minnie Caffell.
He was preceded in death by an infant brother, Levi Carter Caffell.
Those left to cherish his memory include his loving parents, Ben and Minnie Caffell of Forest City; siblings, Rachel Caffell and Noah Caffell of the home; girlfriend, Hannah Haynes of Forest City; paternal grandparents, Harold and Diane Caffell of Forest City; maternal grandparents, Rev. Marvin and Margaret Green of Rutherfordton; uncles, Tim Caffell (Rena) of Rutherfordton and Marvin Green, Jr. (Amie) of Wilmington, NC; aunt, Brenda Deese (Mike) of Forest City and numerous great uncles, great aunts, cousins and extended family members.
The funeral service was conducted at the First Baptist North Spartanburg. A committal service was held at Floyd's Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
Memorial donations are requested to the Hands of Hope, 124 Turner Street, Forest City, NC 28043.
Harrelson Funeral and Cremation Services is serving the family.
