Sandra Kay Ervin Coffey, 69 of Union Mills passed away July 6, 2020.
She was the daughter of the late David Ervin and Mary Helen Metcalf.
Left to cherish her memory are her best friend Kermit Arrowood, of the home; her daughter Allyson Galloway and husband Mark of Forest City; a brother Rick Ford and wife Tammy of Florida, and her three grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family asked that donations be made to Rutherford County Library, 225 Callahan Koon Road Spindale, NC 28160.
A private memorial service was held.
