Sarah Morehead Crispin, 72

Sarah Morehead Crispin, 72, of Charlotte, NC passed away September 16, 2022.

She was born in Rutherfordton, NC July 17, 1950 to the late James and Aileen Morehead.

Sarah earned a degree in music from Central Piedmont Community College with a concentration in piano while also raising a family. She spent the following years as a piano teacher and eventually rejoined Central Piedmont to support the English department.

Sarah married Scott Crispin May 10, 1980 and would have been married 42 years this year.

Sarah was predeceased by her son Zachary Crispin in 2008 and her husband Scott Crispin in 2011. She is survived by her daughter Chelsea De Leon, her grandson Isaac and her brother James Morehead.

Family and friends celebrated her life September 22 at Heritage Funeral Home - Weddington Chapel.
