Sarah Vickie Bright, age 61

Sarah Vickie Bright, age 61, of Sandy Mush, passed away Saturday, July 23, 2022.

Vickie was born, November 15, 1960 in Burke County. She received an Associate of Arts Degree from Cleveland Community College and was the owner and operator of Victory Mortgage. Vickie was a member of the Element Church.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Neal and Virginia Farrar; mother, Shirley Hill; grandson, Logan Shahan and granddaughter, Jenna Bright.

Left to cherish fond memories are her husband of 37 years, Kevin Bright; children, Jacob Bright (Kristin) of Shelby, Ash-Leigh Patito (Matthew) of Sandy Mush, Jessica Shahan (Robbie) of Rutherfordton, Matthew Bright (Amber) of Sandy Mush and a special daughter of the home, Jocelynn Moody; sister, Teri Shires of Ellenboro, Kenneth Farrar of Corpus Christie, TX, Richard Farrar of Charlotte and in-laws, Johnny and Beatrice Bright of Henrietta, eleven grandchildren and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.

The funeral service was held July 27 at Element Church with Rev. Neal Perry officiating.
