Sarah Womack Alexander, age 71

Sarah Womack Alexander, age 71, of Forest City, passed away Wednesday, December 6, 2023.

Sarah was born March 29, 1952 in Rutherford County to the late Herbert Womack and Irene Ramsey Womack. She was a graduate of Chesnee High School and was of the Baptist Faith. Her passion in life was being a homemaker and taking care of her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Bobby Womack.

Those left to treasure her memory include her husband of 48 years, Kenneth Alexander; son, Kenny Alexander (Kelly) of Forest City; two granddaughters and a sister, Betty Bailey of Forest City.

A private family service will be held to honor Sarah's life.
