Scott Haynes awarded Devotion to Duty

Congratulations to Master Police Officer Scott Haynes as he was recognized for his "Devotion to Duty" for his service to Forest City Police Department and the United States Army Reserves. Officer Haynes was unable to attend FCPD's annual Christmas party when his award was announced due to him being in the final stages of the United States Army's Drill Sergeant Academy.
