Scott Howard Skipper, 43, passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2023.
He was born to the late Herman Skipper, Jr. and Jaclyn Lorenz Skipper in Buncombe County.
Left behind to cherish his memory is his daughter, Makayla Skipper Toney and husband, Bradley; brother, Herman Skipper; sisters, Melissa Skipper, Heather Carroll and Donna Skipper; granddaughter, Bellany Toney.
Scott enjoyed running his own business, Shine 365, LLC.
Private Family Services will be held at a later date.
