Shane Holland, age 44

Shane Holland, age 44, of Forest City, passed away August 28, 2021.

Shane was born January 3, 1977 in Rutherford County.

He was preceded in death by his father, William David Holland; grandparents, Mattie and Olliver David Holland and Mary and Earl Padgett all of Mooresboro.

Those left to cherish his memory include children, Luke Holland, Breanna Holland both of Mooresboro, Kortney Humphries of Forest City; mother, Erlene Splawn (Doyle) of Mooresboro; brother, Kelly McSwain (Amy) of Mooresboro; sisters, Shellie Easler of South Carolina and Tammy Putnam of Forest City; brother-in-law, Jody Splawn (De De) sisters-in-law, Donna Sprouse (David) and Kim Ledford (Larry) and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

A memorial service was conducted September 12, 2021 at Goodes Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Glenn Walker officiating.

Harrelson Funeral and Cremation Services is serving the family.
