Shannon "Keith" Cooksey, age 40, of Marion, NC, died Monday, January 16, 2023.
Keith was born October 15, 1982 and he was a native of Rutherford County. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Mary Cooksey.
Keith is survived by his mother, Jackie Lail, sisters, Jennifer McAbee, Cara Robinette (Andrew), brother, Matthew Kimbell (Patience), aunt, Sharon Melton (Michael), one nephew, one niece, and many cousins.
There will be a private service at a later date.
In lieu of flowers make memorials to Pilgrims Way Baptist Church; PO Box 401, Rutherfordton, NC 28139.
