Silva Gay Conner, born in 1957, was a beloved wife, mother, granny, and friend who passed away on October 26, 2023, at the age of 66.
Perry Dukes and Mattie Walker Dukes, welcomed her into the world, and they too have gone on to their eternal rest, and have surely reunited with their daughter.
In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her sister Shelia Connor.
She nurtured her children, David Conner II and her daughter Christy Padgett (Charles).
Gay's memory will be forever cherished by her siblings, Gail Luckadoo, Dennis Dukes, and Larry Dukes. On her father's side Gay has a half-sister Linda Baker who resides in England.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
