Students from Cliffside Elementary School enjoying the program.
The Rutherford County Library system recently presented an intergalactic program to several elementary schools across the county. The Starlab Planetarium is a mobile planetarium the library system temporarily acquired in order to set up and present in elementary school gyms. Students were then able to enter the dome and travel to outer space to learn all about the planets, moons, and stars that exist lightyears away from the Earth's surface. Thank you to the Tamara Edwards and Maris Davis of the library system for bringing this opportunity to our students!
