Sue Brooks Frye, age 86

Sue Brooks Frye, age 86, of Mooresboro, passed away on Sunday, February 28, 2021.

Sue was born Wednesday, May 16, 1934 in Ellenboro to the late Fay Monroe Brooks and Mary Rogers Brooks.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of forty-five years, Joe Clayton Frye; one brother, Fay Jr. Brooks and dear friend, Maurice Houser.

Those left to cherish her memory are three sons, Rick Frye (Karen), of Shelby, Craig Frye (Lynn) of Alabama, Jeff Frye (Lisa) of California, eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

The graveside service was conducted at Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery in Mooresboro.
