Susan Green Blanton, age 69

Susan Green Blanton, age 69, of Ellenboro, passed away Thursday, January 14, 2021.

Susan was born February 23, 1951 in Rutherford County to the late Jim Green and Rosalee Hunsinger Green.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Don and Billy Green; three sisters, Chris Green, Margie Davis and Shirley Fish.

Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Rick Blanton (Joy) of Ellenboro and daughter, Sharon Dobbins (Greg) of Spindale; brother, Jack Green of Forest City; three sisters, Helen Russ of Bostic, Judy Keck and Deb Wood both of Forest City. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and a great-granddaughter.

A private graveside service will be conducted for the family.
