Tammy Constance Johnson, age 61

Tammy Constance Johnson, age 61 of Forest City, died September 1, 2021.

Tammy was born August 29, 1960, in Sarasota, Florida and was a daughter of Bobette Balderstone Allen of Forest City and the late Thomas Allen. She worked as the CBO Manager for Physician Practices with Rutherford Regional Medical Center. She was a member of Sulphur Springs Baptist Church.

She now joins her father, her brother, Timmy and grandmother, Constance in Heaven.

Survivors include her husband of 43 years, John Michael "Mike" Johnson of the home, mother, Bobette Balderstone Allen, son, Tommy Johnson, daughter, Jolene Johnson (Lamond), grandson, Gunner Harris, step grandchildren, Dalvin Head, Sydni Harris, Jalen Harris, sister, Timberly Allen, niece, Aurora Gregory.

A service from the graveside was held September 5, 2021, at Sulphur Springs Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Bob Philbeck officiating.
