The Reverend Stencil Quarles is preaching up a storm at the Faith gathering with the Forest City Owls Saturday afternoon July 18 as Out Of The Ashes Executive Director Pat Chamberlain looks on. Quarles leads the Multi Denominational Clergy Coalition which sponsors Stronger Together services and days of caring alongside Rutherford Housing Partnership. The next Stronger Together service will be at First Baptist Church in Forest City at three in the afternoon on September 27.
