Thomas "TomTom" Givens, Jr., age 54, of Forest City, passed away April 28, 2022.
TomTom was born July 6, 1967 in Boston, Massachusetts to the late Thomas Franklin Givens, Sr. and Elizabeth Manning Givens.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Leslie; a daughter, Elizabeth Givens; stepdaughter, Jessica Lopez; sisters, Patricia Smith, Linda Bradley (Dale), Ann Givens, Karen Hill (Bryan); two grandsons, and a host of nieces and nephews.
A family led visitation was held May 1st.
Harrelson Funeral and Cremation Services is serving the family.
