Tribute to Jim Howell, Fire Chief at Bills Creek Fire Department

The Bills Creek Community and Rutherford County paid tribute to the late Jim Howell, Fire Chief at Bills Creek Fire Department, on Monday, Nov. 16 with services at Bills Creek Baptist Church and a visitation of friends at the fire station. Howell's body was taken to the fire department where hundreds of community friends and family paid tribute. The Rutherford County Firefighters Honor Guard participated in the service and burial ceremony at the church cemetery. Howell died Monday, November 9.
