Sergeant Clint Tuttle was recognized at the Rutherfordton Town Council Meeting on October 7 for achieving the Top Shooter Award for 2020. Sergeant Tuttle also received the highest award achievable issued by the North Carolina Criminal Justice Education and Training Standards Commission for a combination of education, training, and on the job experience.
