Vickie Renee Franklin Benigar, 64, passed away Tuesday, April 4, 2023.
She was born to the late Jerry T. Franklin and Shirley Powell Franklin in Cleveland County.
Vickie leaves behind to cherish her memories her husband, Timothy Scott Benigar; daughter, Kelly Hopper Shull; one grandson, one granddaughter, sister-in-law, Teresa Self; brother-in-laws, Tim Self and Robert Vandervort; one nephew, great-nieces and nephews.
