Violet Reynolds, age 76, of Forest City, passed away on Tuesday, December 8, 2020.
Violet was born January 2, 1944 in Rutherford County to the late Coley Lovelace and Jean Holland Lovelace.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of fifty-five years, Jimmy "J.R." Reynolds.
Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Lisa Reynolds (Dr. Michael) of Mars, Pennsylvania; two sons, Jimmy "Hacksaw" Reynolds (Teresa) of Forest City and Robert "R.J." Reynolds (Patti) of Ellenboro; brothers, Flay Gettys (Joan) of Mt. Holly, NC, Billy Lovelace (Phyllis) of Shelby and Homer Lovelace (Judy) of Shelby; four grandchildren.
The funeral service was conducted at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel. Interment followed in Rutherford County Memorial Cemetery.
Memorial donations are requested to Sisk Memorial Missionary Methodist Church, 636 Pilgrim Road, Ellenboro, NC 28040.
