vJoyce Linda Conner Elliott, age 76

Joyce Linda Conner Elliott, age 76, of Union Mills, passed away March 25, 2022.

Joyce was born July 1, 1945 to the late Briscoe and Lottie Taylor Conner, and stepmother, Annie Belle Conner. She was preceded in death by husband, Lawrence Elliott; stepson, Ronnie Elliott; sisters, Mary Cole (Bensil) and Geraldine Bennick (Floyd); and brother, Daniel Conner (Iva).

Joyce was a member of Stone Mountain Missionary Baptist Church.

Surviving are sisters, Brenda Eskridge (Larry) of Charlotte, and Nancy Wright (Carl) of Newland, brothers, Robert Conner (Treva), of Lake Lure, Norman Conner (Ada) of Forest City, and Marshall Conner (Pat) of Rutherfordton, three grandchildren; one great grandchild; and sixteen nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held March 28, 2022 at Stone Mountain Missionary Baptist Church.

Memorial donations are preferred to Stone Mountain Missionary Baptist Church, the Gideon's, or a charity of one's choice.
