Wanda Cuthbertson, age 61, of Mooresboro

Wanda Cuthbertson, age 61, of Mooresboro went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ after winning her battle with cancer. She is at rest and in the presence of God for eternity.

Wanda was born October 17, 1964 in McDowell County, NC to the late Marion Eaton and Ruby Flynn Eaton. She worked for various manufacturing companies and above all was a dedicated homemaker.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Deb Dedmond and brothers, Junior and Ronnie Eaton.

Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Neil Cuthbertson of Mooresboro, Nikki Scott (John Burnette) of Woodruff, SC and Ned Cuthbertson (Patti) of Rutherfordton; sister, Sherry Wilkie (Jack) of Lawndale, grandchildren, Tanner Scott and Scout Cuthbertson.

A gathering of family and friends was held September 28 at Harrelson Funeral Home.
