William Howard Lookadoo Sr, age 96

William Howard Lookadoo Sr, age 96, beloved husband of Barbara Straughn Lookadoo of Forest City, passed away Saturday January 2, 2021.

A native of Rutherford County, Howard was the son of the late Richard Pierce Lookadoo and Macy Elizabeth Deviney Lookadoo. Howard was a U.S. Army Veteran of WW II.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife Irene Moore Lookadoo; brothers, Richard, Don and Gilmer Lookadoo; sisters Katherine Brackett, Sarah Harrill and Lorena Lookadoo.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife Barbara, a son Bill Luckadoo and his wife Judy, a daughter Susie Smith and her husband Mickey; brother Phillip Lookadoo, two granddaughters and two great grandchildren.

Graveside services were conducted at Eternal Hills Memorial Park. Military honors were provided by the Rutherford County Veterans Honor Guard.
