William Oscar Justice III, fondly known as Bill

In loving memory of William Oscar Justice III, fondly known as Bill, who peacefully passed away Wednesday, November 22, 2023.

Bill was the esteemed owner of Bill's Used Cars in Rutherfordton. He is preceded in death by his father, William Oscar Justice Jr., and Virginia Justice Briscoe, along with his brother, Charlie Justice.

Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Deborah Conner, and sons, Scott Justice with wife Michelle, and Kirk Justice with wife Angela, six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren.-

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Alzheimer's Association at PO Box 96011, Washington, DC 20090-6011, or to Hospice of Carolina Foothills at PO Box 336, Forest City, NC 28043.

A graveside service to celebrate Bill's life was November 26 at 2PM at Mt. Hebron Church, 2869 Hudlow Rd., Forest City, NC 28043.
