William Russell Camby, age 72

William Russell Camby, age 72, of Spindale passed away Tuesday, October 3, 2023.

Russell was a native of Rutherford County, a graduate of R.S. Central High School and owner of Camby Transmissions in Spindale.

He was preceded in death by his parents J. L. and Beulah White Camby Jr. and his wife Cindy Camby.

Those left to cherish his memory include his daughter Jennifer Camby and husband Kelly Condrey two grandchildren, sister Pat Ruppe and husband Bruce, three nieces and one nephew.

A graveside service was held October 5 at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, Rutherfordton with Rev. Randy Darley officiating.
