Did you know that our recent Meet the Candidates Forum at the Foundation was one of most successful such events ever held in Rutherford County? If you missed it, you missed something special. The event was the highest attended; with the best program, at the best location, with the best food service, ever put together for such an event. More importantly, you had the opportunity to learn about the candidates and ask them questions.

Free Chair Massage to Veterans
Thera-ssage will be giving free chair massage to veterans (no appt. necessary) Thurs. Nov. 11, 9am-6pm. Any Veteran who would like to book a full hour appointment will get it for half-price (must have appt.) It happened this past Sunday! The new sanctuary after months of construction was dedicated. The proud congregation came to witness the magnificent achievement which the labors of love produced. After a call to worship, the dedication and prayers began: First for the building, then the musical instruments, followed by the altar, pews and pulpit. The music, the choir, the quartet all contributed to making this a most memorable day. The choirs rendition of "How Great Thou Art" was a resounding rendition that brought the congregation to their feet with applause.

I can remember the days when nothing else mattered except getting an opportunity to arrow a deer. I never thought about how far I would have to drag a deer or what terrain I might have to overcome, or how long it may take me to get all of the “post hunt” activities done. Before, it never mattered. Now it does.
